Coo Coo for Covelli

Reportedly Covelli Loyce Crisp would prefer to be known by his given name instead of by his nickname of "Coco". Good luck with that - even the Indians own web site refers to him as "Coco" (although on the player page his given name is used).

Crisp and Alex Escobar look to be the main benficiaries of Milton Bradley's impending trade. However, who the Indians get in return could easily change the fortunes of either (or both) players. The Indians' web site report that the team and the Mets are in trade talks regarding Bradley. My guess is that this report is just being made to try and drum up better offers. I can't picture a worse situation for Bradley than going to the pressure of New York City but stranger things have happened. Maybe if the Mets do trade for Bradley - they could have him room with the immortal Karim Garcia. That would be fun.
