Nomar has tremendous range and Pokey Reese has even more range. When playing shortstop - it is not unusual to see either player make a play well into the second base side of the infield.

The question I have is "when Nomar is at short and Pokey is at second - how long will it be until they collide on a ball that is hit straight up the middle?"
