Ever fired a Carcano? God Himself couldn't get off 3 aimed shots at moving target in 5 seconds. Until I had one to shoot, I never paid this conspiracy much mind.
No never fired a Carcano. I actually think the fatal head shot came from the Secret Service Agent accidentally discharging his gun when climbing the back of the limo. This was "covered up" to keep the Secret Service from looking bad.The joke is funny though.
