Flotsam and Jetsam

Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.

If you combine the 1918 and 1919 seasons Walter Johnson pitched an amazing 616.1 innings with a 1.37 ERA, allowing just 2 home runs. Equally amazing - both those home runs were hit by Babe Ruth... Bob Dylan is an inspiration to artists for both his creativity and longevity but it should also be pointed out that his first album only sold 5,000 copies. So he's also an inspiration for struggling artists too... Tom Brady's high school went 5-5 his senior year even though they had him as their starting QB. Goes to show you can never tell... Masturbatory Rampage would be a good name for a band or fantasy football team name... Is there anything funnier than sending a friend into Dunkin Donuts for a large "Blumpkin Spice?" Sorry Mark (he thought it was half blueberry and half pumpkin)...
