This minor act of protest may have little in tangible results but I salute this ingenuous defiance.
The disabled EV charging stations displayed messages like "Putin is a dickhead" and "Glory to Ukraine. Glory to the heroes." Very few people in Russia have EV vehicles but I'm guessing they may be among the more influential.
