Starlink is the only non-Russian Internet service available in some parts of Ukraine and SpaceX is working to make sure the precious signal is jam proof. Elon Musk is delaying improvements in Starship and Starlink V2 in order to help the Ukrainian military and people.
Don't know what the highest civilian honor is in Ukraine but Elon Musk has earned it.
