The continued absence of major Russian air operations in Ukraine raises serious capability questions.
I have wondered for some time if the lack of air power in the war against Ukraine is possibly because pilots tend to be better educated and probably more informed. Because of that maybe Putin doesn't trust their blind loyalty to his questionable war? We've seen Russian army forces become bewildered and sorry when they're captured and faced with the reality that they are unwelcome invaders.
