Washington State head football coach Nick Rolovich in vaccine mandate limbo as he waits to hear if his religious exception is granted. Or if he may be out of a job.
Rolovich has about $9 million left on his contract and if he is fired - I say he has a good case to be paid the whole amount. He is not breaking any rules of the university and not all PAC 12 coaches have to obey any sort of mandate. Sure all Washington state employees have to comply (see the stories about all the State troopers "retiring" because of it) but I'm guessing there wasn't any such language in his contract.
EDIT: Nick Rolovich reportedly out as coach of Washington State. This story is far from over though.
