That's a great question. If rated for under a certain elevation and with only 20 minutes of flight time - would you need a license?
One would think not, but in this day and age?The 92K is easy, the 210Lb? Well, working on it. ;-)
If I got down to 210 I wouldn't need a craft - I'd be walking on air.
