Two parallel but related thoughts; they say that sunlight is the best disinfectant and there's clearly been a lack of transparency on Capitol Hill as evidenced by all the wasteful spending exposed in the 1.547 page Omnibus Spending Continuing Resolution Congress just tried to jam through at the last moment. Secondly, a TV idea - a show called Swamp Creatures where the elected representative or bureaucrat who tries to waste taxpayer dollars is exposed. Hopefully the show would only last one term before they ran out of swamp creatures to expose.
