Penis Size and Economic Aid

I was politically disposed to helping our neighbors to the north and south - Canada and Mexico with relaxed immigration rules, financial aid - whatever. My sentiments changed 100% when I saw this map of average penis size which says that both Canadians and Mexicans have larger penis sizes than Americans. Screw them. I say keep them and their large penises on their own side of the border.

I would also suggest that the State Department should henceforth only give aid to countries in red. Those poor bastards and their small penises.
