Team Owners, the MLBPA, and Common Sense

I enjoy reading about the early days about pro sports teams because the one thing all those teams had in common was gaining and keeping fans. That seems to be replaced these days by many owners caring more about franchise evaluations and luxury boxes.

MLB is barreling towards a lockout or strike in 2027 and either of those outcomes seem to place the desires of the fans last instead of first. Have a new post on the situation up on Substack.
