My Suggestion for the Half-tIme Show

Most years I could care less about the half-time entertainment during the Super Bowl. This year is no different.

What I'd suggest is something I'd find fun. The US is home to the pick-up truck. Have all the major manufacturers (Ford, GM, Toyota, etc.) enter a truck into a contest to see which vehicle could "fly" the furthest when launched from an aircraft carrier catapult. Kind of a Pinewood Derby for adults. It could be sponsored by the US Navy and you could bet on it. What's not to like?

Tell me you wouldn't tune it to that. One of the networks that doesn't have the Super Bowl could schedule this as counter programming and I for one would definitely change the channel
