Remember that Red Sox fan Stephen King used to call Terry Francona "Francoma" because he disagreed with some of the managers decisions. This was of course before Francona won his first World Series championship in 2004. Now many had been giving "cute" derisive nicknames to Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla. Wonder what these people think about their clever nicknames now?
