Hard not to think of all the speakers at this week's DNC convention (including Kamala Harris) as actors playing a role and sending out a scripted message. Also hard not to think of the Bible quote of what good would it do a person to gain the world (or in this case the White House) and lose one's soul. Did you get the feeling any of the people on stage this week were authentic people with their souls still intact?

and you get to the heart of the matter here because, despite their claims to being Jews, Unitarians, or whatever, liberal politics has become their actual religion. They pray, and sacrifice their offspring, to their deity the Dem party.
