Have seen many boneheaded ideas in my time the Congress authorizing a car "kill switch" takes the cake. We have a whole generation that would almost prefer not to get their license in the first place which makes you wonder if those in government are making the DMV a bad experience on purpose. That kill switch is Debbie Dingell, because MADD (so she says) wants to save a life and we're all potential drunk drivers. The ability to shut off all cars is a feature, not a bug.
