The Daily Coach on one of my favorite scenes from The Shawshank Redemption.
I'm reminded of my friend Jim who always responds to the job interview question of "why do you want to work here?" by saying "I'm not sure if I do - why should I feel this new position would be better for me than my current job?" He has a way of putting it so it turns the tables and the interviewer tries to sell him on the job instead of him selling himself as a candidate.
Not an approach I'd recommend to everyone. You have to have a certain visible self-confidence.
