Not just a maximizer of shareholder value but a "pre-eminent maximizer of shareholder value." Reading between the lines I'd say Bloomberg is very much in favor of Musk's purchase of Twitter.

Yes, I would say Elon Musk is good at business. Tesla doing 53 billion in sales, the company is worth a trillion dollars and has changed car making forever. Not bad for a guy in his fifties.
