Elon Musk has offered to buy 100% of Twitter for $54.20 a share.
The subtext is clear - accept this offer or I will sell all my Twitter stock (causing the price to plummet) and I will build my own platform (causing the stock to plummet further).
Rooting for Elon big time on this!
