New Fermi Lab Discovery Could Change Particle Physics

The discovery in Chicago could lead to the development of a new theory to replace the Standard Model on how the Universe works. 

Story reminds me of the Isaac Asimov quote, "The most exciting phrase in science, the one that heralds new discoveries is not 'Eureka!' but "That's funny.'" Hopefully this puts an end to all the String Theory silliness.
