Disagree with Professor Hanson one one point - I think Ukraine when this is all done can become a nuclear power to deter future Russian incursions. Ukraine once was a nuclear power but gave up their missiles because of guarantees from the US and England that we would protect them. This promise has shown to be a sham. It would make sense for them to re-arm themselves.
