Linky Links

Stuff I found interesting or amusing and thought I'd share.

- Heroes come in all kinds.

- Bari Weiss (and Substack) have been a great success. Good for her - but not sure where that $800,000 per year figure comes from since 14,000 paying subscribers at $5 each is just $70,000. (Edit - math is hard that's $70,000 PER MONTH - now I go to the penalty box where I will feel the shame.)

- Most of the Kennedy family (and most of America) are against the parole of Sirhan Sirhan.

- The FBI's involvement in the plot to kidnap the Governor of Michigan keeps getting more bizarre

  1. In every article regarding the parole recommendation, our media made a big deal out of two of the victim's children supporting the parole. Not one article mentioned that RFK and Ethel had NINE kids, or even that Ethel was still alive. I'm glad to see that the "let him go" opinion was not unanimous in the family. Let him rot in a cold, dark, cell.

  3. My understanding is 7 of the 9 kids are against the parole but of course only the 2 in favor got any media coverage necessitating this op-ed to set the record straight.

  4. For the Bari Weiss article, it doesn't say it, but if that is $5 per month, that would be $840K a year. But yeah, if it is $5 per year, the maths don't add up.

  5. Ha - I'm a moron. It is $70k PER month. Thanks
