Solving Congress' problems are too much for my limited intellect. Having said that, solving our nation's budget problem is fairly simple. Stop spending stolen tax dollars on anything that is not a constitutional duty of the federal government. That is far more than half of current spending.
Have to wonder if an Ececutive Order from the President that he'd never sign a Continuing Resolution and would prefer a government shutdown to no budget would do the deal?
