The dog came into the bedroom at 1:30 and wanted to come into bed. So I helped her up and then found I could go back to sleep. The Men at Work song Overkill with the lyric "I can't get to sleep" kept playing on a loop in my head. Hoping writing this down will help. Thanks for indulging me.
