House Speaker Mike Lee has attached the Save Act onto the September spending bill meaning the Senate either has to agree that only US citizens can vote in November's elections or the government faces a shutdown. Think some Democrats sick of the cheating will vote for it too using the cover of "my state can't afford a government shutdown" as cover to do the right thing.
