Where's the outrage from environmentalists about the rape of the planet by the lucrative crony capitalists in the renewable industry? Silence. Real conservation can go hang, so long as we are seen to fight climate change.

What Do the Numbers Show about Global Deforestation?

Some good news about global deforestation - it's basically not an issue anymore.

Literally not an issue any more - when's the last time you saw a "save the rainforest" fund-raiser? Save the trees has gone the way of shave save the whales. 

And it was accomplished despite in the US teachers shifting focus from Arbor Day where actual trees were planted to celebrating Earth Day where nothing but virtue signaling is done.

 They have a point. ESG ratings can be gamed and become worthless value signaling and nothing more.

The Boston Celtics season was disappointing all the way around. Making it worse is the "what if" scenario of what if Gordon Hayward had decided to stick around. What could this team have accomplished? And yes if Haywood and Jaylen Brown were both still hurt the results would have been the same... The Sad Truth About Traditional Environmentalism.
