Recently finished Matt Ridley's How Innovation Works: And Why It Flourishes In Freedom and I enjoyed it very much. So much so that I'm adding all of Ridley's other books to my Wish List.
I bought the book after hearing Ridley interviewed on a couple of podcasts (which I also highly recommend):

He also had a two part interview with Naval Ravikant that was excellent.
