OSHA has suspended enforcement of Biden's vaccine mandate due to the ruling of the Fifth Circuit Court (and massive pushback from States and employers).

"OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies" and I remain confident that OSHA is a bunch of bureaucratic Karens with a stick up their ass and their hand in Big Pharma's pocketbook.

The Arguments that Persuaded the 5th Circuit to Block OSHA's Vaccine Mandate

The appeals court said the rule raises "grave statutory and constitutional issues."

Thank God some common sense prevailed in the 5th Circuit.  Many other vaccine mandate lawsuits to follow. One wonders if the Biden Administration will be bogged down in lawsuits of their own making until next November's election.
