Interesting inside look at the supply chain issues faced by ports and truckers.
Don't know what the answer is to this problem. Based upon seeing "Now Hiring" signs on almost every 18-wheeler on the road there obviously doesn't seem to be nearly enough drivers. And the article didn't even touch on the regulatory issues that are causing most independent truckers to avoid California where many of the clogged ports are.
It's a mess. Thank goodness we have Mayor Pete to sort it out (once he's back from maternity leave).
