Having received a Catholic education in the early years, I am MORE than familiar with "Mea Culpa." Looking back (that's FAR back), I have come to realize that if I learned anything in Catholic education it was guilt.
I too went to Catholic Schools for years and I also took Latin as my language elective in high school (under the idea it would help with my SAT scores) so very familiar with the words on the list. I would probably add a few more like "quo bono" meaning who benefits - and others.
Funny but I've learned more about Christianity since leaving the church and Catholic school when I had to take religion as a required class.
