A Very Touching Version

Linky Links

Stuff I found interesting or amusing and thought I'd share.

- The Willie Mays and Charlie Brown connections

- How to publish your own book (HT Steve Layman)

- This was a very touching version

- Matt Taibbi: YouTube Ban is Un-American, Wrong, and Will Backfire

- A very good deed by an Iowa church. But $8,000 being able to buy $5 million worth of medical debt to me shows how overpriced and messed up our medical billing is.

- Cool - Scotland has the best names for its snowplow fleet

I Will Possess Your Heart - Death Cab for Cutie

I really love this song - despite the fact that it's a total "stalker" song. Is it a bigger "stalker"song than The Police's Every Breath You Take though? That's open to debate.

100 of My Favorite Songs

Today's offering (74) I Will Follow You Into the Dark by Death Cab for Cutie.

Death Cab for Cutie - I Will Possess Your Heart

I love listening to this song.

Death Cab for Cutie - I Will Possess Your Heart

Surprised that this wasn't a much bigger hit.

Morning Music

Here's a few tunes for your Wednesday morning, not much going on because it's the day before New Year's Eve and nobody feels much like working.

- Linger - The Cranberries

- Mad World - Gary Jules

- Little Bonnie - Drive-by Truckers

- Brick - Ben Folds Five

- I Will Follow You Into the Dark - Death Cab for Cutie

I didn't purposely mean to put together such a dark set (except for Linger). Please don't read anything into it. Just some songs that I like - good lyrics and music.
