On the way into the facility in Foxboro - Belichick had four lines for players to read:

• Do Your Job
• Work Hard
• Be Attentive
• Put the Team First

On the way out of the facility there were four more:

• Ignore the Noise
• Manage Expectations
• Speak for Yourself
• Don't Believe or Fuel the Hype

These are all simple rules anyone could incorporate into their daily lives. I really enjoyed the book and would recommend it - especially to any Patriots fans

Started reading the book yesterday and liking it very much. Anyone who followed the Pats during Belichick's coaching knew disciple and no mental mistakes was a hallmark. The book so far sounds perfect for anyone who coaches sports or want to improve their own performance.
