Have to wonder if one of the drawbacks of being a super power is that even your own citizens feel emboldened to voice opinions against you and for your defacto enemy even in times of war. Take the war in Iran for example. Even a regime so evil as this member of the Axis of Evil gets positive press in this country. Liked it better when politics stopped at the water's edge.
