There are some comedians who will not hesitate to mock these ridiculous rules - think Dave Chappelle and Joe Rogan for just two examples. I'm guessing Rogan will have at least 20 good minutes devoted to the subject in his next special.
I miss Norm Macdonald - he never hesitated to mock the ridiculousness.
