Sad but true, look at the average weight of shoppers at the food store, and slyly note what they are buying. Look at how many electric carts are available now, mostly for people it seems who are 100 pounds overweight.
ReplyDeleteI show people my weight belt for scuba which has 35 pounds of lead and ask them if they would wear that all day. The answer is of course not but they will carry 50 pounds extra and wonder why they are exhausted at the end of the day.
