Some news from the world of EV's (Electric Vehicles):
Based on filings it looks like Tesla's insurance offering is expected to soon be offered in Florida and Maryland as well as being already available in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia. Tesla insurance could be available in Maryland as soon as today. Tesla's goal is to eventually have 80% of all Tesla cars in the US getting their insurance from Tesla. Don't sleep on how big and profitable this could be for the company.
Ford is instructing dealers to temporarily stop selling electric Mustang Mach-E crossovers due to a potential safety defect that could cause the vehicles to become immobile (not a good thing). The Ford Mustang Mach-E is manufactured in Mexico - not in the US. Not EV news but Ford is also recalling 3.3 million vehicles due to rollaway concerns.
