ReplyDelete1. (cynical) Maybe explains why some things in the bureaucratic world take so long. Gov employee is eating a sandwich while the PC tries to catch up.
2. (All too real) But when they try to upgrade they hire lowest bidder contractor to transfer data to new system and totally muck it all up. Anybody seen the rest of my VA records lately?
Or the computer vendor makes more profit selling the access to the systems to the Chinese.
