As expected, Donald Trump named Florida Senator Marco Rubio as Secretary of State. Rubio is known as a "classic" Republican and a war hawk. He's also the son of Cuban parents who is completely anti-Communist. Think this last detail is the most important as he readily plays the "bad cop" to Trump's get the deal done "good cop."
