Without more data points that chart could be very misleading. The vaccinated & triple vaccinated are likely to include most of the elderly and people with compromised immune systems. The unvaccinated cohort is likely primarily young and healthy people. To get meaningful results, a study should include the same number of vaccinated and unvaccinated and control for other factors. To be clear, I am not arguing for or against getting vaccinated. I do oppose the heavy-handed mandates.
Plus this doesn't factor in how many people there are in each category. If everyone was vaxxed, there could be NO unvaccinated deaths. Plus what Largebill said about comparing different cohorts; sort of an apples to oranges problem.
Both of you are correct. I believe in England most people are vaccinated. Knowing the actual numbers in each group would be helpful. However, the flip side would be the argument that people were promised that if they got "the jab" they would be safe. Triple jabbed? Triply safe.
Even without having the specific numbers the graph does make one thing clear (to me at least) - there's no scientific basis for vaccine mandates. And that mandates may actually be doing more damage than good as variants emerge.
