You know where Bell and the others screwed up of course. Not one of them thought of the individual consumer as a giant market force until Steve Jobs and Wozniak came along. Then it was like someone rang the bell. All that enterprise spirit and tech and it took a whole different approach to making the phone mobile and nobody at Bell ever got around to thinking about it that way.
ReplyDeleteBell's issue was they were all engineers who weren't thinking of how things would look or how people would use them. Only if it would work.
