When the full story of the Somali fraud is told not just the rash of tax dollar thefts in Minnesota but nationwide - I expect it be told in a book or documentary. Don't be surprised to see that called Somali Pirates. In fact I'm somewhat surprised that nickname hasn't caught on already.
