Ronald Reagan's favorables were polling pretty poorly until he was shot by John Hinkley and Reagan's grace and humor made the public love him. Wonder if President Trump's reaction to the WHCD shooter may do the same for Trump? By not blaming the press he is making them take any swipes at him seem petty and small. Just saying.
