Miscellaneous thoughts and observations.
Coinbase enacted a similar "no politics" ban as Basecamp's recently enacted policy and reportedly 5% of their workforce resigned in protest (but with severance) last year. Would be really curious to see some reporter follow up and see if that 5% that resigned in protest were fully "vested" and made a killing in last month's Coinbase IPO or whether those 5% potentially made the biggest mistake of their lives. Coinbase now has a larger market cap than GM, Twitter, and FedEx... Heh Heh... For the record - I did not order the Code Red. You're goddamn right I didn't!... Ultimate Spinach would be a good name for a new cryptocurrency (or a new strain of medical marijuana)... Whenever you are thinking you are too old to start something new - remember that famed SCUBA diver Jacques Cousteau didn't learn to swim until he was 40-years old...
