Keith Emerson RIP
Keith Emerson of Emerson, Lake and Palmer has died. He was 71 and his death was an apparent suicide. I first learned of his passing via Borepach who was a fitting musical tribute.
When I was getting married the only request I had for the reception plans was that the band be able to play Emerson, Lake and Palmer's Nutrocker. Which to Boston fans of a certain age is synonymous with the Boston Bruins. Nutrocker was the first group song played at the wedding.
