I've heard from people in California that none of this was unexpected, it's all part of the war on the middle class. These laws are deliberately targeting them, to either grind them down to the lower class, or induce them to leave the state. The revolutionary vanguard wants nothing but a sea of proles underneath it.

ReplyDeleteLook at Vox who publicly praised and supported the law but now that the bill is coming due they find they must shed hundreds of freelancers in California.
