- A hundred robots are running a biolab. This seems to be the future of labs. You consult with a human but all the work wil be done by AI and robots.

- Anna Mara College to close after spring semester because of financial pressure. This one hits hard because it's local and well known to me.
Much of higher education is in the same boat: things used to be better but now they’re Worcester.

The land Anna Maria sits on is worth a lot of money. Sure deals have already been made or are in the process. The big winner is the town of Paxton which suddenly will see a rise in real estate taxes. Anna Maria paid no taxes.
