That’s the God’s honest truth. I worked 48 yrs as an RN (30 in ER, 18 in procedural/ sedation clinic), and learned early on my job required expertise in both practice and salesmanship: I not only had to DO, I also had to instill confidence in the patient. SP RN
The thing about sales is having something of value that others are willing to buy. Hollywood seems to have forgot this little gem of knowledge.
