I HAVE to point this out - here are the combined stats of the left side of the Red Sox infield vs. the combined stats of the left side of the Yankees infield:

Mueller and Reese - .244 BA / 21 runs / 3 HR / 15 RBI
Jeter and Rodriguez - .210 BA / 14 runs / 2 HR / 9 RBI

Here's where they stand today:

Mueller and Reese - .244 BA / 28 runs / 4 HR / 25 RBI
Jeter and Rodriguez - .223 BA / 27 runs / 7 HR / 21 RBI

The Yankees have already paid Jeter and A-Rod more in game paychecks than what Mueller and Reese will make all year.
