    Aside from being a great statesman, apparently, Jefferson was also a fortune teller.

    Teddy Roosevelt would take issue with you calling Jefferson a great statesman. Teddy had him ranked as the worst President in US history.

    (Teddy wasn't alive for Carter obviously.)
