The Bruins got absolutely SCREWED by the NHL and the referees last night. No two ways about it. Absolutely SCREWED... My feelings exactly after the game... Random Bruins thought not involving referees - if Cam Neely were a football player he would have been Rob Gronkowski. And vice versa... This is sooo good... Here's my solution to the Democratic Party having too many candidates for the Presidential debates - add Voldemort to the polls and any candidate who cannot poll better than He Who Must Not Be Named is eliminated from participating... Learned a new word yesterday - palimpsest. It was in a book I was reading and I didn't recognize it. Learning a new word makes me happy. It's the little things in life... Was too young to see Bobby Orr. Cam Neely who turns 53 today is both my favorite Bruin and the best player I've seen in a Boston uniform.

Did not watch a single minute of last night's Democratic Presidential Debate. I feel I'm a better man for not having my IQ assaulted... Cool - some of the top pictures from this year's Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition... Not for nothing but you should be pretty proud of yourself if you were able to grab the Patriots -7 when the lines first went up... Heh heh... Would love to see the Farrelly Brothers cast Rob Gronkowski as Sea Bass' (Cam Neeley) son in a spin off comedy of Dumb and Dumber. No way that movie isn't funny... Very cool - cooling glove may be better than steroids. Literally very cool... In that State Farm commercial is the name on the title of that Cadillac simply "Elvis Impersonator" because all those guys seem to think they own the car. Did State Farm commit fraud by selling those guys multiple policies on the same vehicle? Do I read too much into commercials?...  Excellent appreciation of Steve Spurrier. Bonus it includes the phrase "nanny-take pissmerchant"to describe Mike Lupica... Some say hell is a man on acoustic guitar playing Hotel California over and over. Extra crispy hell - that man is Chris Berman...

NHL Mount Rushmore

I know the "Mount Rushmore of" whatever memes are tiresome in general but I have to admit the NHL Mount Rushmore has gotten me thinking. The first three are no-brainers - Wayne Greztky, Gordie Howe and Bobby Orr. But who would be the Teddy Roosevelt of the NHL Mount Rushmore?

Would it be Mario Lemieux? What about having a goalie on the list? Martin Brodeur is the all-time NHL wins leader as a goalie. Brodeur also has one more Stanley Cup as a player than Super Mario. But if its Stanley Cups you want - how about Maurice Rocket Richard who had 8 with the Canadiens and was the first player to have 500 goals. Personally I would like to see Cam Neely but I'm a parochial Boston Bruins fans.
